Captain Mike Harter is a die hard fisherman and fishing guide on Lake Hartwell. 

 

Lake Hartwell is a special place as it is a massive lake with over 900 miles of shoreline and Captain Mike will take you where you want and fish for whichever species you desire. There is a big main body of water close to the dam and 3 main river systems so knowing where the fish are located is 90% of the battle for catching fish at Hartwell.

 

The right lure, bait, colors, depth, weather conditions etc… all play a key roll in catching fish and Capt. Mike's experience as an avid angler with more than 40 years of fishing really sets him apart from the rest to get you catching the big ones. 

 

Captain Mike is also a blast to fish with and will not only put you on fish but will also have you laughing all day. Capt. Mike is great with kids and first time fisherman, spending a great deal of time teaching basic skills, electronics and fish finding techniques to all those aboard.
